Wilfong Land Companies has been a part of the East and Northern Metro areas of Indianapolis since 1951. With experience in developing neighborhoods, managing shopping centers, and owning a water and sewer utility, the next chapter of the company is focused on the vision of growth in Westfield.

Beau Wilfong – beauwilfong@gmail.com
Beau has managed and operated a private water and sewer utility owned by the family that served over 15,000 people. He has developed, managed, and sold two separate retail facilities in Hamilton County as well over 2,000 upscale homesites. Much of Carmel’s upscale growth and Westfield’s retail corridor can be attributed to the Wilfong’s. Today he continues the real estate development business started by his late father Ralph Wilfong over 50 years ago.

Scott Saucedo – scott.saucedo@gmail.com
Scott manages all of the various companies associated with the Wilfong’s. After a successful stint in public accounting Scott joined the development company.

Ephraim Wilfong – ephraimwilfong@gmail.com
Ephraim (pronounced Ē-fray-em) becomes the third generation of Wilfong’s involved in real estate development. A recent graduate of Purdue University Ephraim is immersed in all facets of the company learning the “family business”. He utilizes a strong technical background to help the company prepare all marketing and sales data.
